Apple Muffins

Great for Breakfast

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 apple (diced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  1. Mix dry ingredients with apple in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix wet ingredients into dry ones, stirring just till moistened.
  3. Fill muffin papers 2/3 full.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
