Apple Muffins
Great for Breakfast
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 apple (diced)
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- Mix dry ingredients with apple in a mixing bowl.
- Mix wet ingredients into dry ones, stirring just till moistened.
- Fill muffin papers 2/3 full.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
