Apple Relish
Great way to use up extra apples when they are in season
- 6 cups chopped apples
- 2 green peppers (diced)
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 red peppers (diced)
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- Mix all ingredients together in sauce pan
- Cook slowly for 1/2 hour.
- Pack in hot mason jars.
- Once cooled store in refrigerator.
