Apple Fritters

Delish!

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoons salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 3 cups diced apples
  • Oil for frying
  • Powdered sugar
  1. Mix dry ingredients in bowl.
  2. Beat eggs, milk and oil separately.
  3. Add dry ingredients and mix just until moistened.
  4. Stir in apples.
  5. Drop from tablespoon into hot (375 degrees F) oil.
  6. Fry till puffy and brown, 3-4 minutes, turning once. Drain on paper towels.
  7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve hot.
