@ Dianne Trueb

Fresh Chnopfli pasta (also called Spatzle) is cooked and ready to go.  Just melt some butter in a pan and add the pasta to heat.  You can add veggies or meat to create a main dish or just enjoy it plan as a side dish.  Freezes well too!

Pinnacle Produce

Pinnacle Produce is a small farming operation, based in Ellington CT., using organic methods to grow superior produce. We make a variety of jams, salsa and pickles using our own produce.  You’ll also find fresh lettuce and greens and any extra produce we are not putting into our products at the Ellington Farmers’ Market on Saturday mornings from May 9th-Oct. 17th.

In addition we make and sell a fresh pasta called chnopfli.  It is more commonly called spatzle or spaetzle.  This pasta is fully cooked and just waiting for you to melt a bit of butter in a pan and heat it up.  Pick up a few and toss one in the freezer.

The market is currently being held at the Ellington High School, 37 Maple St. Your pre-orders will be ready for pick up at the market.  Just give us your name. We look forward to seeing you at the Ellington Farmers Market.
