Let me say this…. These are 100% AMAZING! If you only ‘like’ coconut, you will love these. If you ❤️ coconut, you will be over the moon! They are Goldie Locks ‘just right’ consistency of a little chewy with golden brown slightly crispy bottoms. I did, in fact, eat one for breakfast today.
